Resumen
Frantz Fanon’s (1925-1961) short life is not incompatible with intensity, profoundness, and influence. Fanon’s work (published in just a decade) shows all the paradoxes of thought and historical moment through the tension between psychiatry and revolutionary action, the Caribbean and Africa, the fight for the independence of Algeria and the proposal to free all mankind, nationalism and a new humanism. Fanon’s strong intellectual trace makes him a precursor of cultural and decolonization studies.
