Resum

This thesis focuses on generating an observatory on the level of data literacy for the development of learning analytics in the K-12 stages in Spain. For this purpose, a systematic review of the state of the question has been performed. The most relevant result obtained is the lack of research in which teachers have played an active role in the development of Learning Analytics in the natural educational context. In addition, a self-assessment questionnaire has been developed for K-12 teachers. After an initial validation and following the feedback obtained, changes have been introduced to simplify and clarify data processing concepts. The future steps aim at a second validation and the questionnaire administration in real educational contexts.
