Abstract
The present study applies the process approach in educational laboratories of chemical experimentation. Through this methodology, the attainment of the educational objectives and the improvement of the teaching-learning system is tried, considering the new directives of Bologna. The processes map of the educational laboratory has been defined as a result of the identification of the different activities from the subjet Experimentation in Analytical Chemistry II of the Degree in Chemistry of the IQS. The measurement of the different indicators unfolded for the assessment of the processes is used in a systematic form for the improvement of the program.
