Abstract
This study tests whether adaptation to European Higher Education Area (EHEA) has influenced the diversification and differentiation of the programs of the Faculties of Economics and Business in Spain, and determines the factors that have influenced these processes. The situation during 2006-2007 is compared (before EHEA) with that of 2012-2013 (last period with published data). The variation of diversification (increasing or decreasing) of the Faculties of Economics and Business has been influenced by the fact that a given Faculty is specialized, its academic tenure, its research level and the gap between supply and demand; however, its size did not influence diversification. The above factors, except tenure, also influence differentiation.
