Resum
The article addresses the impact and the results of the reform introduced in Italy through Legislative Decree No. 81/2015 to contrast the phenomenon of the bogus-self-employment. After having depicted the previous scenario, mainly characterized by a large utilization, by employers, of coordinated and continuous collaborators - formally self-employed - in place of employees, to save costs and dispose of a more flexible workforce, the article analyses the solutions introduced in 2015. In this context, is preeminent the juridical figure of the hetero-organized workers, introduced by Article 2 of Legislative Decree No. 81/2015. This figure, aimed to introduce a presumption allowing to easily apply the juridical framework of employees to misclassified collaborators, promised to contribute to reduce the phenomenon of bogus self-employment in Italy. The last part of the article is dedicated to a discussion of the most recent statistical data, in order to make a prevision on the long-term results of the reform.
