This study examines the effectiveness of multi-predictor selection system as compared with any other alternative selection system which relies on only
one predictor.
As good management is vital to all, substantial resources are invested in order to locate, train and maintain successful manager. Nevertheless, such
managers are generally considered to be scarce and thus organizations are constantly searching for candidates who possess the appropriate qualities.
