Resum

The present study uses the data collected during the validation of an analysis to calculate the associated uncertainty of the results obtained with this procedure. The validation includes the study of the following parameters: selectivity, linearity, accuracy, precision and quantitation limit using spiked samples. The uncertainty is calculated as the quadratic sum of the uncertainties associated to the standard, to the instrumental system and to the sample.
