Resumen

In this study, we merged theories from the change, commitment and leadership literatures, to develop and test hypotheses concerning the impact of union commitment on employee change acceptance. We also hypothesized that supervisory support would moderate that relationship; with a stronger relationship existing when supervisory support is the lowest.
