Resumen

Recent research has highlighted the role played by the inter-firm mobility of experts in knowledge transfer across firm. However, we know relatively little about the conditions under which these individuals move. This paper builds on behavioral and prospect theory to explore the motivational influences on individual mobility across firms in the pharmaceutical industry.
