Resumen

This article presents the third implementation of a study and research path (SRPs) with secondary school students based on the study of the security of padlocks. Two main research problems are addressed. On the one hand, we show the evolution of the conditions created to run the SRP and how the new design builds on the results of previous experiences. On the other hand, we analyse the resources needed for teachers who are not experts in didactics to run an SRP. If the two first SRPs were managed by a teacher who is also an ATD-researcher, this third SRP has been implemented by two ordinary teachers and an ATD-researcher adopting a supporting and observing role. The results obtained shed light on the ecology of SRPs and the kind of collaboration between teachers and researchers that can support their dissemination in school institutions.
