Resumen

The Spanish industrial network is mainly composed by a large number of small and medium sized family owned companies. Some of them are facing succession problems and facing the threats and opportunities of the incoming Single European Market. This is a potential source of MBO's and MBI's. This work deals with their problems and difficulties.
