La guía de seguimiento del prácticum en enfermería, una estrategia de calidad

The practical training of students involves an initiation to professional life.Owning a monitoring quality guide improves the learning experience learning. This article presents an updated guide in concordance with the reality assistance and training of Nursing Degree students from Spanish Universities. Three aspects have been analyzed: Practicum ob-jectives, the proposed methodology and the tutor figure. The presented guide wants to promote the unification of criteria in monitoring, a better output and an improvement of the Practicum quality.
