Resumen

Los Incoterms son una de las creaciones más destacadas de la Cámara de Comercio Internacional. Simplifican los contratos con la inclusión de tres letras que aclaran dónde se traspasa el riesgo, si hay que asegurar la mercancía y en qué medio de transporte va a viajar. Ahora se revisan, como cada diez años, en un proceso de tres que busca que estén siempre en sintonía con la práctica comercial internacional diaria. El segundo borrador ya anuncia que entrarán en vigor en el 2011. Quizá sólo tenga 11 términos.
