Resumen
Our case study exemplifies a form of sociopolitical activism originated at the individual level, through a family owner's capacity to innovate by leveraging the power and capabilities of a wide array of collaboration with organizations including local communities, nongovernmental
organizations (NGOs), politicians, and business leaders, to catalyze transformational changes (e.g., public policy change) to address societal grand challenges in Brazil.
