Resumen

An optimum LC feeding mechanism to increase the bandwidth of single-layer microstrip patch antenna (SLMPA) was proposed. The input impedence was predicted by analysing the electric network of through SLMPA and its feeding structure. Wideband performance of the antenna was analyzed by measuring the radiation pattern in the whole bandwidth range.
