"Objective 1: Study the mathematical structure of the extension of the set of hesitant fuzzy linguistic sets (HFLTS) considering negative and zero HFLTS.
Objective 2: Define new metrics in the set of HFLTS to analyze and measure differences among linguistic assessments for group or collaborative decision making.
Objective 3: Develop a consensus model for group decision making and social interaction supporting imprecise or missing information.
Objective 4: Define a new method for learning preferences from non-monotonic criteria for classifying, sorting and ranking in group decision making and social interaction."
