Early Preclinical Study of IQS080, a Drug Candidate against Pancreatic Cancer

The present data set compiles the experimental results obtained in the Proof of Concept project entitled: Early Preclinical Study of IQS080, a Drug Candidate against Pancreatic Cancer (PreClinIQS080) founded by the Spanish Ministerio de Investigación, Ciencia y Universidades with reference code PDC2022-133188-I00 developed in the period 01/12/2022 to 30/11/2024.The dataset contains all the relevant data obtained in five areas of the work: Computational Chemistry, Organic Synthesis, ADME-Tox and Pharmacokinetics, in-vitro Biological Testing and in-vivo Biological Testing.
