Abstract

Corporate Universities (CUs) are a strategic tool for talent development in multinational corporations, specially in the last decade when these have expanded their activities mainy through mergers and acquisitions (ESADE, 2008, 2009, 2010). In this paper the authors make a review of the most important aspects of a CU's strategic role, organizations, learning model, operation, and impact indicators.
