Abstract
In this article we explain an experience of cooperative learning in mathematics promoted within the framework of psychopedagogical advice about cooperative work to attend to diversity. Specifically, we describe the planning and practical application of this cooperative activity that uses the puzzle methodology to work on geometry content through the «suitcase of geometry» with pupils of 1st grade of primary school. Finally, we reflect on why it is a practice that we call «cooperative» and summarize the positive and negative appraisals of the teachers involved in this activity.
