The growth of European venture philanthropy

Venture philanthropy is poised to grow in Europe, but not necessarily by self-identified organizations. Instead, venture philanthropy practices are being adopted by a wide variety of existing organizations, such as foundations, government agencies, and corporations. This article analyzes the trajectory of European venture philanthropy in th past decade, and comments on possible future developments.
