Abstract
This chapter offers an overview of main issues in change management. The seven most important fails for organizations change are presented. Several levels of change processes are analyses with focus on improvement, transactions change, development and transformation. Stages and steps in change processes are elaborated. Attention is given to six different strategies of change and the art of choosing and combining change strategies based on drivers for change. Reflections are made on resistance of change and how resistance emerges from unclear change strategies.
