Abstract
The expert opinion, requested by a party, or by lot of judicial time professional intervention, is directed to the judge and must be adjusted to the need to provide advice on the demand of the judge. It involves identifying which issues should or should not be included. To conduct the analysis, the forensic psychologist must know the demand of the judge and the data it needs from his or her professional knowledge. The aim of the article is to review the legal concepts that will help to guide the professional praxis.
