Abstract
Most of the reports about xenophobia and racism denote certain tolerance in Spain. Nevertheless, this country is gradually transformed and it's imposible to refuse the existence of a problematic that has generated very hard legislative politics. Starting from those reasonings and once analyzed the concept of racism and its caracteristics, the text explains the spanish situation of tolerance with regard to foreigns.
