Abstract

Protein adsorption has been investigated by means of both ELISA and radiolabeling technique. The correlation of ELISA data with the radiolabeling measurements allows the quantification of the former one. Therefore ELISA gains in applicability. Based on this work, beside information about the bioactivity of the adsorbed proteins a determination of the amount of adsorbed protein becomes possible by ELISA.
