Abstract
This is a presentation of data collected from a research project implemented in a Residential Centre for Educative Action from February to May 2009. The project arose from work between the departments of Social Action and
Pedagogy at the Training Institute of the Pere Tarrés Foundation, with a group of adolescent girls, on aspects aimed at directing work on managing emotions, in order to be able to channel their feelings so that they can improve communication and interaction with their environment.
