The essence is to deal with these paradoxes in the formation, foundation, evolution and transformation of alliances. This article describes the practice of the Global Alliance for Banking on Values in the four stages of the lifecycle of alliances and how this alliance has dealt with the paradoxes in creating and developing the alliance. In addition to understanding the dynamics of alliances, this article provides inspiration for people who want to contribute to a better world together with others.
