Abstract

A study of cold plasma polymerization on sulfur to modify the interaction of sulfur with the polymer matrix was carried out. The influence of plasma treated sulfur on rubber vulcanization was also studied. The results indicate that plasma polymerization on sulfur was used successfully to modify sulfur polarity.
