Abstract

Protoplast formation from conidia of Arthrinium aureum was achieved with Lysing Enzyme L-2265 (Sigma Chemical®) from Trichoderma harzianum. Scanning electron microscopy of conidia protoplasts showed the acquired spherical shape.
