Abstract
The article discusses the significance of management by values in defining a company's core culture and competitive strategy. It notes the need for leaders to build culture based on shared values and explains a proposed framework for understanding the organization's value system. The article clarifies the Tri-axial Model of Values which includes economic-pragmatic values, ethical-social values, and emotional-developmental values.
