Abstract
The Corporate Social Responsibility has turned into a key component of the strategy of many companies of the new century. In fact the company's ethical behavior can be analysed from three points of view: one that embraces the relationship with the stakeholders, another that leads to a specific culture, and a third that refers to the ethic of the humanity, that is, the behavioral codes that mark the company's values, goals and the conduct criteria. These features of the business ethics influence the company's design: the product design indeed, but also other design expressions, like the one related to the communications, interiorism, architecture. The swedish company VOLVO is a pioneer in the adoption and application of principles of Corporate Responsibility and Ethics.
