La incidència de l'estrès en el cos docent

This article provides readers with an updated vision of the alarming effect of stress on teaching staff, by going deeply into diagnosis, multi-causality and diversified repercussion. Therefore, the high level of subjectivity present in the emergence of stress is made clear, as well as other causes related to personal, organizational, and social dimensions. Both the risk indicators and most significant protection factors in front of its genesis are also described. Finally, an integrative and multimodal intervention proposal, of a preventive and palliative character, is presented, consisting of nineteen programmes that encompass all the areas involved in this pathology.
