Abstract
Lékué was a small Spanish company with great expertise in a very specific technology:
the manufacture of silicone products. After several failures a new shareholder became a
partner of the company and decided to base the business strategy on design and brand
creation. The case study describes the strategy and process of change, its design strategy and branding. The question that arises is: how can the changes started become established?
