Abstract
Incoterms 2010 are to be published this month of September of 2010, and the most outstanding changes are the simplification of the D terms, that are now only three (DAT, DAP and DDP) and the reorganization of the terms according to the means of transportation to be used. The traditional FOB, CIF and EXW that have been sustained throughout the years, are kept as they have been really valuable to keep the practical aim of the ICC: Easing free trade.
