Abstract

The key factors are changing and are pushing the scenario of the touristic distributions channels on 2020. The key factors are: New technologies, disintermediation; New competitors, concentration and; alliances; More flexibility in structures: innovation of product; Growth & fall (before and after the credit crunch) in consumption ; General consumer demand for low cost products; Greater involvement of principals and consumers. The mixted web 1.0 and web 2.0 tools fight to interaction between the company and the clients.
