Abstract

An extension of the Multiperiodic Traveling Wave Model to analyze the Sierpinski fractal-like multiband antenna is presented. The novel extension improves the original model in the calculation of radiation patterns at the higher bands, which permit a better understanding of the radiation mechanism and also gives a complete description of the full radiation pattern.
