Abstract

Inspection and maintenance operations at a petroleum refinery are based on regular stop periods. Therefore, every event that involves in a extraordinary stop produces an elevated economical cost. For this reason, a system that rationalizes the inspection and maintenance operations is considered very useful in this working area.
