Evidentia: An Expandable Tool to Reliably Gather Green Metrics

Abstract

Research on green software and sustainable IoT is increasingly reliant on gathering metrics such as energy consumption and execution time. We propose an expandable tool to abstract researchers from the technical intricacies of such processes. The tool is validated by replicating an existing study on the field of sustainable software.
