This project aims to establish urban and architectural guidelines for a sustainable regeneration of coastal towns in the Mediterranean. This paper presents the first phases, which consists in drawing some maps of the territory, in different scales of representation, on which we can detect the different objects of study, then to analyze their problematics, in the way to propose the regeneration project for the selected buildings and his environment.",
