Abstract

This study demonstrates the potential of Escape Room activities as an innovative approach to enhancing and assessing emotional, social, and cognitive competencies in higher education. By engaging students in interactive and collaborative scenarios, this methodology not only fosters essential skills but also provides valuable insights into team dynamics and individual performance. The findings suggest that incorporating such experiential learning techniques can contribute to the holistic development of students, preparing them for future challenges in both personal and professional contexts.
