Many parties are already involved in digital security in business, social institutions and for our vital infrastructure. To be really effective, it is necessary to join forces. But working together is not easy. Multiparty alliances present challenges that increase as the number of partners increases. During the lifecycle of these multiparty alliances members in the members in the alliance have to cope with several paradoxes and tensions. This article presents 4 paradoxes and eight key questions to take serious to keep the alliance sustainable and viable.
