Abstract

The chapter aims at analyzing the triggering of cognitive fatigue on resource availability and performance following sustained demands. For this purpose, 16 participants were chosen to undergo three episodes of interrupted sleep during the night to study what triggers cognitive fatigue, and results were recorded.
