N2 - In the rapidly evolving education landscape amidst pervasive digitalization, educators need help harnessing advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) due to limited confidence and access. This paper addresses this pressing issue by introducing a self-assessment questionnaire meticulously crafted to evaluate the data literacy competencies of teachers. It presents a tool that is not just relevant, but crucial in the context of the digital age, aiding educators in identifying areas for enhancement within their educational Data-Driven Decision-Making Processes. Crafted through a Sequential Exploratory Design (DEXPLOS), a pilot study led to its statistical validation and the establishment of three core areas: comprehensive educational analytics, educational problem-solving through data, and ethical meta-learning promotion through data. Thus, this reliable tool encourages educators to progress their practice with data, ensuring they can deliver more personalized, ethical, and impactfullearning.
