Abstract
The goal of the presentation was to show how spirituality and inner personal dimension can be worked in a management program, keeping highest academic standards. The session consist in sharing the lessons from teaching a leadership course based on Ignatian spirituality . The content of the program (from the "managerial work" and "management roles" to values, convictions and beliefs) was presented, and the process and dynamics of the program were debated.
