Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify job satisfaction based on professional concerns, working conditions and professional performance in high school teachers in the city of Mexicali B. C. Mexico. It was performed under a quantitative, non-experimental and descriptive approach. The sample was composed of 67 teachers, under a nonprobabilistic sampling. The Revised Teacher Burnout Questionnaire (CBP-R) was applied. The results obtained indicate that 71.6% affirm that they suffer from work stress or are in conditions to suffer it, as well as 46.2% agree or totally agree with their labor concerns and 31.3% of respondents make reference that working conditions if they affect them within the institutio
