N2 - Through the Best Practice presented in this article, we would like to share how genuine collaborative culture in higher education, promoted by wills, objectives, and structure, made possible the design and implementation of two elective courses co-created between the Career Services department and the academic team, with a very positive outcome. The end result for the students was an improvement in their managerial skills, a better preparation for selection processes, and a greater engagement towards the institution.
