Abstract
Meaningful leadership is based on creating interaction between people in uncertain situations, guiding people to make sense of their own work and contribution and support them to collaborate in purposeful activities to qualify their organization for the future by creating innovations and learning processes. Meaningful leaders support transformation change by creating a collaborative vision on the future and by telling and sharing stories of successes and learning experiences.
