Abstract

This paper analyses the results of the evaluation of the impact of the Master’s in Social and Community Pedagogy: Leadership of
Socio-educational Transformation (MPS) and sets out the characteristics of the proposed method of assessment. The need to identify
what changes (in personal and employment terms) are generated by the training courses and the commitment to the ongoing improve-
ment of the programmes resulted in the implementation of different mechanisms of impact assessment. This study — which assessed im-
pact not only generically but also in depth — proposes specific improvements to the training courses it looked at and places the clients (the students) at the centre of the research.
