Project Details
Description
Our vision is to preclinically developed a novel, first-in-class, therapy using aptamer-based Lysosome Targeted
Chimeras (LYTACs) to heal diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs). These LYTACs targets IL-1β and collagenases MMP-
9 and MMP-2 for degradation, all of them proteins that play key role in impaired healing in diabetic wounds.
