Research interests

PhD in Biochemistry from Nottingham Trent University (United Kingdom), Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Tarragona), and Bachelor’s Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Blanquerna, Universitat Ramon Llull. Her career combines university teaching, research in nutrition education, and the promotion of healthy eating habits based on the Mediterranean diet.

She is an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Human Nutrition, Dietetics, Pharmacy and Nursing at the Blanquerna School of Health Sciences, where she has taught since 2011. She currently coordinates the first cycle of the Bachelor’s Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and the international relations of the degree.

Her research focuses on nutrition education, immunonutrition, and food sustainability, and she participates in European projects such as Tool4MedLife (PRIMA–EU) and the Nutrition International Health Promotion Project (NIHPP, Erasmus+).
