Research interests

She has eleven years of professional experience in multinational companies across various stages of the supply chain. She began his career managing international sales operations at a services company and subsequently worked for multinational companies in the chemical sector, where she led international projects with major subsidiaries and sales networks in Europe, South, Central, and North America. In 2018, she founded her own consulting firm, providing services to more than 350 small and medium-sized companies in Brazil, focusing on the development of strategic plans, the reconfiguration of business models, and organizational diagnostics. Some of her projects have focused on technology transfer between universities, international associations, public entities, and clients from various economic sectors. In academia, she graduated in International Business from Feevale University and is currently completing a second degree in Management at Unisinos University. She also holds a postgraduate degree in Higher Education (QI Faculties), as well as a master's degree and a doctorate in Strategic Management (Unisinos University and La Salle Ramon Llull University). Her master's and doctoral research was fully funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). She is a researcher at La Salle Barcelona Universitat Ramon Llull (2022 - present), Universidade Feevale (2014) in the area of ​​Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (2015-2021) in the fields of Organizational Ambidexterity and Interorganizational Networks. She has also been a visiting researcher in business strategy-related courses at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School (2016), the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2017), and the University of São Paulo (2022). She has presented her work at several major conferences, including the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, Triple Helix, and R&D Management, and has published articles in peer-reviewed journals in these fields. Her most notable research has been published in journals such as Business Process Management Journal, Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, International Journal of Innovation Management, and Journal of Management and Organization. Her current research focuses on innovation ecosystems and strategic alliances. As a professor, she has worked part-time at various universities in Brazil and currently teaches at La Salle International School of Commerce and Digital Economy.
